Peach tart
Sweet made from soft pies dough with all the fresh and light taste of peaches in a bed of soft cream: pure sweetness. try also this wurst and cheese cannoli recipe too.
Ingredients
Sweet pastry For 4 people
for 1 cake tin of approx. 28 cm Ø
2 dl of semi-fat cream
2 eggs
30 g of sugar
2 cans of peaches of 410 g, drained weight 250 g
1s round leaf of tart dough -45% fat of 270 g
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preparation: approx. 15 minutes
Baking in the oven: approx. 35 minutes

How to proceed
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. For the cream, mix the cream with the eggs and sugar. Remove the peaches and set the juice aside. Cut the peaches into slices. Arrange the dough with baking paper in the pan. Prick the bottom with a fork and cover it with the peaches. Pour the cream over the fruit and bake in the center of the oven for approx. 35 minutes.
